 Valerie
Black is the cheerful voice you hear when calling our office.
She is responsible for routing customer calls, customer
relations and follow-up, accounts receivable, quote tracking,
database management, inventory tracking, and assisting the
technical staff with paperwork.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
from Cleary College and an Associates Degree in Business
Management from Lansing Community College.
Valerie enjoys meeting new people and helping them meet their
needs. This has been proven through her customer relation
skills. She has been recognized at her past and present jobs for
superior customer service.
Valerie participates in the local Chamber events and studies
what the experts say about human relations. She understands the
need for personal and business development.
Valerie is an active member of the Michigan Lyme Disease
Association. Lyme Disease is an illness that has affected her
and her family. Val is a support group leader, county contact,
public speaker, and board member. She has done many Lyme Disease
presentations for schools, radio stations, businesses, and other
organizations.
Valerie is an outdoors person. In her personal life, she
enjoys horseback riding, especially gaming events and trail
riding, water sports, snowmobiling, meeting new people and
spending time with friends and family.
